Reservations
- Use our reservation system to book your accommodation.
- We will inform you about the success of your reservation by e-mail.
- The reservation is binding for the hotel Líšenský Dvůr only after the payment of the stay deposit.
- Therefore, it is necessary to pay in advance a fee of 50% of the total amount of the accommodation.
- Therefore, when a binding reservation is made, guests are sent an advance invoice of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
Cancellation
- Cancellations/changes must be communicated in writing directly with the hotel.
- Cancellation/change more than 21 DAYS prior to arrival is free of charge.
- In case of cancellation/change within 21 – 7 DAYS prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay will be charged.
- In case of cancellation/change less than 7 DAYS prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the stay will be charged.
- No changes can be made to the reservation on the day of arrival or during the booking period.
Cancellation for companies
- For corporate events and stays for more than 15 people, individual cancellation conditions apply.
Children
- Children are welcome in the hotel.
- There is no charge for the use of existing beds for 1 child under 6 years.
- A cot for 1 child under 3 years is charged at CZK 400 per person per night.
- The maximum number of cots per room is 1.
Extra beds
- Extra bed for a child up to 6 years 400 CZK, over 6 years costs 700 CZK.
- Maximum number of extra beds per room is 1. In apartments 2.
- Extra beds are on request and must be confirmed by the hotel.
Fees for additional services
- They are not automatically included in the total price and must be paid separately during the stay.
- E.g. additional order for Wellness only during the stay at the hotel.
Animals and conditions of stay with animals
- Pets are allowed for a fee.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash and supervised by their owner throughout the property.
- Dog walking is prohibited in the resort’s courtyard.
- The owner is fully responsible for his/her pet and for any damage caused by the pet.
Accommodation in the Highlands tailor-made
- We will be happy to prepare a tailor-made package of accommodation and other services, with favourable conditions when the entire hotel is occupied.
- We can also prepare a themed programme for corporate or social events such as company meetings and celebrations, meetings, weddings, graduations, birthdays, christenings etc.
